Each eeCentral Business Partner must complete at least one of the eeCentral Certification Programs available. The certification attained determines member status and fee structure. It should be noted that member status can vary according to the product category. Certified members will be granted complete access to eeCentral Sales and Marketing Collateral, Product Downloads, Technical Documentation, End User Guides, Implementation Manuals, Product White Sheets, Client Case Studies, Client Testimonials and much more.
eeCentral Referral Partner
A registered eeCentral Referral Partner is a certified individual, group or company that generates and refers leads to the eeCentral sales department. A Referral Partner will register qualified leads, providing all relevant prospect information to eeCentral. Our Sales team will work the lead with no further participation from the Referral Partner.
eeCentral Sales Partner
An eeCentral Sales Partner is responsible for management of the entire sales process including, but not limited to lead generation, lead qualification, pre-sales activities, sales calls, sales meetings, marketing collateral delivery, business needs analysis, software presentations, project proposals and sales close activities. eeCentral will be available, upon request, to participate whenever needed but the eeCentral Sales Partner is primarily responsible for management of the entire life cycle of the sales process including a successful closure.
eeCentral Service Partner
An eeCentral Service Partner is responsible for any professional services rendered to the customer and for maintaining first level customer support. Additionally, a Service Partner will hold certifications for eeCentral products allowing for seamless management of the implementation process.
